PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can use Paypal or use your credit card through Paypal too.

SHIPPING

We ship out orders as they come in but it take a few weeks (deliver between 2-4 weeks). Be patient! ;)

Currently, our standard method of shipping is a registered letter* via Correos.es (Spain Postal Service)

*Registered Letter:

Mail with proof of delivery through recipient's or authorised person's signature. In case your mail is not received by the recipient, a note is left at his/ her address informing he/ she can pick up their mail at a Correos Post Office.

Users can trace delivery status through Correos Website 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

No refunds after submit order but if for some reason the merchandise you ordered arrives damaged as a result of our error, please email us right away at [email protected] and explain us the problem. All claims of defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product.
